ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Your order for goods has been accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. Please note, that failure to receive an order confirmation does not mean your order has not been undertaken. We make every effort to keep our website and product availability updated, however, occasionally a product may be out of stock, despite a customer order being accepted. If this occurs we will contact the customer as soon as possible and offer a full refund. All orders are despatched within 3-5 business days, unless stated alongside the product details. All prices are stated in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20%.
The shipping charge is additional to the advertised price and is £5.95 for standard items. The shipping charge for large or heavy items will be clearly displayed beside them. We do not ship outside of the UK mainland or internationally.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. Any items received in a damaged or faulty condition should be reported to us immediately, using the form on the Contact Us page or by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are entitled to a no quibble refund on any product. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To return any unused item, please email us within 14 days of receiving it: email@example.com
The customer is responsible for the cost of any return shipping and we recommend insuring the item, to the value of its original price, and using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for any returned item that is lost in transit, and therefore, we will not provide a refund on any such item, under any circumstances. Once your return is received, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, but please allow up to 10 working days for this process.
